H.E. Taha Ayhan, the ICYF President has inaugurated the closing ceremony of the art activities jointly organized by ICYF and Risala Islamic Scouts Association, the member organization of the Forum in Lebanon. The ceremony was attended by a large number of youth representatives, as well as various governmental institutions, representatives of diplomatic corpus accredited in Lebanon, and civil society communities. The closing ceremony was held under the patronage of H.E. Nabih Berri, the Speaker of the Parliament in Lebanon whose keynote speech was delivered by H.E. Ayoub Hmayed, the Minister of Social Affairs.
