The ICYF Special Edition Talks session, in collaboration with the Youth Affairs Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan, was held in Khiva, with esteemed guest H.E. Mr. Numan Kurtulmuş, Speaker of the Turkish Grand National Assembly, in attendance. The event was also graced by ICYF President H.E. Mr. Taha Ayhan, who welcomed the Uzbek youth and emphasized the importance of Turkic youths’ active participation in decision-making processes concerning their future.

In his speech, the honorable Speaker of the Turkish Grand National Assembly underscored the significance of cultural heritage in shaping national identity, the historical richness of Uzbekistan as a bridge of civilizations, and the need for youth to embrace science and technology as guiding forces for the future. The event also saw the presence of H.E. Mr. Ufuk Ulutaş, Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to Uzbekistan, and Mr. Salaev Sanatbek Komilovich, Deputy Governor for Youth Policy and Education Affairs of the Khorezm Region, who addressed the Uzbek youth in attendance.
