On behalf of the ICYF President, Mr Rasul Omarov, ICYF Director-General attended the Launching Ceremony of “Tadamon 2.0: Community Empowerment Program” held in Islamic Development Bank’s (IsDB) Headquarters in Jeddah on 28 April 2026. The ceremony was inaugurated by H.E. Dr. Mohammad Sulaiman Al Jasser, the IsDB’s Chairman.
