On December 4, 2025, the ICYF President H.E. Taha Ayhan spoke in the panel titled “Humanitarian Diplomacy in a Multipilar World” within the framework of the International Forum of Civil Participation held on 2-5 December 2025 in Moscow, Russia.
The session featured speeches by distinguished experts in the humanitarian diplomacy including H.E. Evgeny Primakov, Head of the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Cooperation (Rossotrudnicestvo), and Mr. Dmitry Ivanov, Director-General of the World Youth Festival.
