Mr. Taha Ayhan, the ICYF President received the delegation headed by Mr. Mohamed Ouziane, Director-General of cooperation, communication and legal studies department at the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communications of Morocco on the margins of the 11th Meeting of the ICYF Executive Board held on 10 November 2023 in Istanbul.
