The ‘Future of the Turkic World and Its Rising Star: Youth’ ICYF Special Edition Talks session, organized in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, Information and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Türkiye Maarif Foundation, was held earlier in Bishkek. The event was honored by the presence of special guest H.E. Mr. Numan Kurtulmuş, Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye; H.E. Mr. Mambetaliev Mirbek Kemelovich, Minister of Culture, Information and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic; ICYF President H.E. Mr. Taha Ayhan, who welcomed Kyrgyz youth and encouraged them to participate more actively in ICYF events and initiatives; and Mr. Mahmut M. Özdil, President of the Türkiye Maarif Foundation, who also delivered welcome remarks.

H.E. Mr. Kurtulmuş encouraged the youth to continue fostering collaboration not only among Turkic states but also beyond the OIC geography, urging them to utilize youth programs and international youth platforms such as the ICYF Special Edition Talks, Model OIC Clubs, and youth camps to develop their skills, broaden their worldview, and build networks as the leaders of tomorrow.
