Commitment: 2 days a week

Level of Studies: 3rd and 4th grade students in relevant majors

Compensation: Available. Details will be shared during the interview.

 

  1. Motion Graphics Designer / Video Editor – Internship

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging motion graphics for a diverse array of media, including smartphones, tablets, and the web
  • Prepare conceptual layouts for the motion graphic projects
  • Assist in selecting appropriate audio, graphic and animation styles for projects.
  • Encoding, converting and editing videos and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics and videos
  • Support the design and illustration team with photo editing, bespoke illustration and icon design

Requirements

  • Adobe After Effects
  • Illustrator
  • Photoshop
  • Adobe Premiere
  • English language is plus

 

  1. Graphic Designer Intern

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for illustrations, social media posts, and print materials
  • Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size
  • Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief
  • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
  • Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality

Requirements

  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • InDesign
  • PowerPoint
  • English language is plus

 

  1. Social Media Intern

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with streamlining organization’s social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and other social media platforms), ensuring uniform content and tone of voice for landing pages, graphics, and other elements within the communities.
  • Coordinating and Distributing Content
  • Monitoring social media analytics

Requirements

  • An interest in marketing, communications, social media or reputation management
  • Attention to details, ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Written communication skills, and a passion for writing both short- and long-copy.
  • Work with the on-site Social Media Manager to create and implement campaigns.
  • In-depth working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube

 

  1. Communications Intern

Key Responsibilities

  • Write contents, feature and success stories about results achieved and efforts pursued under organization’s projects 
  • Support the writing, design and production of communication outputs, such as in drafting contents for online platforms and publications, and dissemination to partners and stakeholders
  • Draft/update briefs about projects detailing their development policies and foreign policy priorities; 
  • Assist in boosting Organization’s presence in online communications and social media; provide assistance for online platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.

Requirements

  • Experience in online content development.
  • Experience in communications and social media outreach.
  • Experience writing analytical pieces on policies, project.
  • Organized; able to multitask, balance multiple responsibilities, and work to deadline
  • Fluency in English required

 

  1. Copywriter Intern

Key Responsibilities

  • Write and edit across a broad range of media in English
  • Collaborate with team to generate copy, concepts, and ideas
  • Develop breakthrough, culturally relevant copy and headlines for creative campaigns and for general branding in web, mobile, social, video scripts, print, retail, presentation decks, events, etc.
  • Work with senior copywriter, art director to create the written expression for campaigns, projects, and creative initiatives
  • Help create and develop draft concepts
  • Write according to organization’s guidelines for a variety of projects
  • Proofread and edit work to ensure error-free copy

Requirements

  • Ability to pivot between projects quickly and seamlessly
  • Fluent verbal and written English essential
  • Ability to create copy that’s either creative & expressive or straightforward & tactical based on the project at hand
  • Readiness to conduct online or in-person research (e.g. store visits) and incorporate new learnings as required
