President of the World Ethnosport Confederation, Mr. Necmeddin Bilal Erdoğan, wished ICYF President H.E. Taha Ayhan well as he embarks on his second term and emphasized Türkiye’s civil society’s commitment to strengthening ties with Muslim youth worldwide by engaging in various projects in Türkiye. Mr. Erdoğan highlighted the importance of the Muslim youth coming together to tackle the problems currently being faced by the ummah. Speaking on human rights violations in occupied Palestine, he drew comparisons between the current Israeli occupying regime and that of apartheid-era South Africa, as the suffering of Palestinians continues while the International Court of Justice deliberates on judgment.
