On 15 January 2020, Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum and Qatar University signed a memorandum of understanding in Doha. According to the signed MOU, the parties agreed to hold an annual symposium and establish Model OIC club and international MOIC in Qatar university.

During their welcoming speech , H.E. Dr. Khalid Al-Khanji, Vice President for Student Affairs of the Qatar University, has expressed his gratitude and appreciation to ICYF for cooperation. He also highlighted the importance of the cooperation for the Islam and youth of Ummah whilst he stated their readiness to work for Qatari and Muslim Youth.
On the other hand H.E. Mr Taha Ayhan, President of ICYF shared his gratitude to the Emir of Qatar and the Government of Qatar for their full support to the youth.
