The ICYF delegation headed by Mr Rasul Omarov, the ICYF Director-General were received by H.E. Ibrahim Sani Abani, Chief of Staff of the Office of the President, H.E. Doro Adamou Sekou, the Minister of Youth and Sports and H.E. Youssouf Mohamed El Mouctar, the Minister Delegate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Niger 🇳🇪 during the visit to Niamey to discuss the upcoming implementation process of the “Niamey OIC Youth Capital 2023” International Programme. Both sides agreed to sign the protocol of commitment within Holy month of Ramadan to be followed by the launching of the inauguration of the Programme in May 2023.
