ICYF delegation headed by Mr. Rasul Omarov, the ICYF Director-General, attended the Conference of “New World: Africa in shaping a common future” organized by the World Public Summit in cooperation with the United Nations Commission for Africa (UNECA) in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia on 29-30 July 2026. On 30 July, Mr Omarov spoke at the panel session titled “International Cooperation in the Scientific and Educational Sphere as a factor of sustainable development” organized by the World Public Summit in cooperation with ECA, UNESCO, African Union, and ICYF.
