H.E. Taha Ayhan, the ICYF President, had a productive meeting with H.E. Fatallah Abd al-Latif Elzunni, the Minister of Youth Affairs and Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Libya, on the margins of the 2nd edition of Kazan Global Youth Summit in Kazan City on 28 August 2023. The constructive discussions pivoted around youth empowerment, intercultural dialogue, and socio-economic development, highlighting the shared commitment to enhancing opportunities for youth within the Islamic world.
