The President of the Islamic Youth Cooperation Forum, H.E. Mr. Taha Ayhan, condemns the barbaric attack launched by the Israeli occupation forces yesterday on the brotherly nation of the Lebanese Republic on behalf of himself and the Forum. This attack poses a threat to a sovereign state, a member of both the United Nations and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, jeopardizing its security and stability, as well as that of the entire region.

Such practices in the 21st century are a clear indication of the continued oppressive policy of occupation, aiming to undermine regional and global security and stability. This represents yet another obstruction of the peace process, resulting in an increase in casualties and forced displacement.

The ICYF President reaffirms his solidarity with the people of Lebanon and strongly urges the international community to swiftly and decisively condemn these recent actions and exert pressure on the Zionist entity to prevent any recurrence.
