During the “Islamophobia as a Specific Form of Racism and Discrimination: New Global and Transnational Challenges” conference held in Baku, H.E. Taha Ayhan, the President of ICYF, highlighted the significance of educating people about Islam and Muslim culture to combat Islamophobia. He emphasized that dispelling stereotypes and myths and promoting comprehension could help prevent the propagation of false information. Additionally, he suggested that addressing the biased portrayal of Muslims in the media and representing them accurately and impartially could also aid in this fight.
