The 10th meeting of the ICYF Executive Board has gathered at the ICYF Headquarters in Istanbul, on the 27th January 2023.

In its capacity as the Selection Committee of the OIC Youth Capital International Programme, the Executive Board has selected Niamey of Niger as the OIC Youth Capital-2023 among other candidate cities of Isfahan of Iran and Dakhla of Morocco .The Executive Board also adopted unanimously the report of the ICYF President for 2022 and ICYF Plan of Action for 2023.
