During his official visit to Kazakhstan, ICYF President H.E. Mr.Taha Ayhan met with H.E. Mr. Bakhyt Sultanov, Minister of Trade and Integration of Kazakhstan, and former Mayor Nur-Sultan Akim.

By the decree of the former President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, 2019 was declared the year of Youth in Kazakhstan. During the meeting, the Minister expressed his pleasure that his country is willing to host the OIC Youth Capital in the year 2020. He stated that hosting the Youth of the OIC Member States and Kazakhstan serving as a meeting point of Muslim Youth will certainly strengthen ties with the brotherly OIC Member States.
Moreover, Mr. Ayhan thanks Mr. Sultanov for his hospitality and continued support of ICYF activities. The Minister expressed his gratitude to ICYF for its active role in promoting the role of Youth in the OIC geography.
