On the sidelines of the 46th session of the Council of Foreign Minister of the OIC, the President of ICYF Mr. Taha Ayhan and the Director General of IRCICA Mr. Halit Eren signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at establishing a partnership between the two institutions.
The signed ceremony took place on Saturday, 2 March 2019 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates on the margins of 46th OIC CFM.
